Professional Employer Organization named to list for the third consecutive year
Oakland New Jersey – March 1, 2007 — For the third consecutive year, Compensation Solutions (COMPSolutions), one of the tri-state area’s leading Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The award program is produced by NJBIZ and The Best Companies Group to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in New Jersey, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses. COMPSolutions will be honored at the Best Places to Work in New Jersey evening awards ceremony on Monday, April 16, 2007 at the Hilton East Brunswick.
The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program is made up of 50 companies split into two groups: 25 medium-sized companies (25-199 employees) and 25 large-sized companies (more than 200 employees). COMPSolutions was named as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the medium-sized category.
To be considered for this recognition, COMPSolutions entered into a two-part process used to determine the 50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The first part consisted of evaluating each company’s workplace policies and procedures, practices, philosophy and demographics. The second part involved an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The collected information from the two instruments was combined to produce a detailed set of data that enabled the experts at ModernThink, LLC, a “workplace excellence” consulting firm, to determine the strengths and opportunities of the participating companies. ModernThink, LLC then interprets the data to determine the final ranking of the top companies that will be announced at the awards ceremony.
